You really should have done all this before you started. Whats your diet like? How old? Training? Height? Weight? Diet is around 3500 cals a day mostly coming from oats, eggs, milk, peanut butter, yams, steaks, chicken, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, tuna, and whole wheat bread, bananas.
Iam training on 5 days a week, in no order back bis, chest tris, legs, shoulders, calfs abs.
